You have to take care of your body for you to be able to carry out your goals for the day, and with you getting sick, you might end up less productive or worse, not productive at all. Being sick or having a weak body would just add up to your stress, which is why I hope you keep yourself healthy. I know you’ve been experiencing pain specifically in your back from time to time, and I hope you get that treated if you still haven’t. Always be healthy!

There are goals, dreams, and achievements you are aiming to reach and fulfill. I hope one day, you could tell yourself that you are fulfilled with what you've reached in your life. I know you always make sure the members are always safe when it comes to your performances onstage, and you deserve the safety you ensure of them. As they say, a healthy body comes with a healthy mind, and vice versa. Your physical health matters but your mental health matters just as much. In times wherein you get frustrated, stressed, and pressured, I hope you get to release those and you are able to free your mind. I know it must be hard to balance everything, but I hope you're not too hard on yourself. I hope you take time to compose yourself, to release bad energy, and to clear your mind off of the negative feelings that may come across you. It's really challenging to focus on what you're doing when there's a heavy lump in your chest and there's something running in your mind that bothers you, so I hope in those times, you get to release your feelings. That's a step to having a healthy, calm state of mind.

EXPERIENCES AND MEMORIES

It always feels heartwarming to create new memories and have new experiences, and I hope that you make more of them in the following years. I've seen how happy you were in NCT Life Osaka, you even told everyone yourself that it was the best NCT Life so far, and that whole trip was very memorable and enjoyable for you. I hope you get to have more adventures that would add up to your most memorable moments, because I know it's those adventures that you're thinking about nothing but having time for yourself and your friends (the members) to just have fun. You may have a little bucket list as well, or at least have in your mind the things you want to do and places you want to visit in you lifetime, and I'm hoping you get to fulfill those dreams.
